Location. The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel is a self-contained 1,500-acre resort in Orlando, Fla. The property is located six miles from Orange County Convention Center and is adjacent to Epcot and Walt Disney World Resorts. Complimentary shuttle services are offered to Walt Disney World theme parks, Wet 'n Wild water park and SeaWorld Orlando.

Hotel Features. The resort offers seven restaurants and lounges. Dining choices include seafood at Hemingway's, which displays sepia photographs of the famous Florida resident and author. On the Rocks provides casual, poolside drinks. Cascade Restaurant serves American cuisine and features a 35-foot bronze waterfall sculpture of a mermaid overlooking Lake Windsong. La Coquina is surrounded by water and allows guests an intimate dining experience in the chef's kitchen. La Coquina serves dinners only. Other on-site restaurants include White Horse Bar & Grill, Palm Café and Trellises.
